Job Satisfaction at 22 Year Low

The Conference Board released its 2009 job satisfaction survey which produced the worse results in the last 22 years of the survey's history. Employees are less engaged which is negatively impacting productivity and performance. The challenges of managing more work with less resources is finally catching up with the workforce.
