Our OI Solutions eDevelopment Center is revolutionary in the world of Executive Coaching and Development.  The platform provides an all-in-one coaching management and tracking application.  The platform has two simultaneous purposes:

• Real-time user platform for the executive in the coaching process.  The coached executive is able to use this web-based portal to take personality assessments, 360 assessments, review competency information, create development plans, report on their coaching progress, read important literature on leadership in our leadership resource library and maintain an active "coaching blog" with their executive coach.  These aspects of the platform are password protected with access only granted to the coach and the individual receiving the coaching.
• Tracking solution for key stakeholders to identify focus areas for each coaching engagement in order to launch coaching effectively, note completed steps of coaching programs as they proceed and evaluate the success of coaching at key steps.  Stakeholders also access key reports for each individual coaching program.  HR leaders have the opportunity to track information across multiple engagements in order to utilize aggregate data that can help their overall talent strategies.

The coaching platform is used with all Partners International coaching engagements and development programs.  This exciting platform can also be licensed to companies for all coaching that occurs within the organization (both internal coaching and executive coaching).  This allows HR leaders to have a coaching management system.
