Next, we conduct several assessments, including management and interpersonal style, psychological as needed, and even a market assessment of a candidate’s desired industry or area of expertise, linked to the person’s special experience and background.

Then we help prepare resumes, bios, portfolios and other correspondence. Develop internal contact lists for networking. Provide interviewing techniques and strategies (including videotaped role-plays).

Our consulting team works collaboratively with HR to develop a going-forward plan for the individual that supports organizational goals.
