We provide office space, computers, phones, voicemail, and other administrative services and support to help market themselves and get the edge on the competition. Our Cybrarian works with each person one-on-one to help get what they need to target the market and prepare for meetings and interviews. Knowledge is key to success.

- Assignment of lead counselor who is carefully selected to match candidate's background
- Setting objective for the program
- Assessment of management and interpersonal style using multiple psychological tools and processes
- Feedback on assessment findings
- Exploration of occupational options (defining target market(s), potential entrepreneurial option, etc.)
- Help with resume, cover letter, marketing kit, networking messages
- Developing individualized strategic action plan
- Creating contact lists for networking
- Training in effective networking

- Debrief with counselor at key times in the process (interviews, networking meetings, etc.)
