Individual coaching engagements vary based on the needs of our clients and we are ready to provide different types of coaching for these circumstances.  We manage the coaching process carefully with focus on common understandings of goals, careful stakeholder management, action planning for the process, reporting and roundtable conversations between the individual being coached, the coach and key stakeholders in the process.
